- Everyone Says I Love You (1996) [Grandpa]: Dies (off-screen) in his sleep; a scene takes place later on at his funeral, where he and several ghosts engage in a musical number (played for comic effect).
- Old School (2003) [Blue]: Dies of a heart attack as he is about to wrestle two topless girls; the scene then cuts to his funeral and he is later seen in Heaven playing a piano during the closing credits (played for comic effect).

- Monk: Mr. Monk and the Very, Very Old Man (2003) [Miles Holling]: Smothered with a pillow by Kurt Fuller (posing as a security guard) in Patrick's room.
