Galaxy Quest (1999) [Quellek]: Playing an alien that could assume human form, he is mortally wounded when one of Robin Sachs' alien soldiers shoots him in the chest as he and Alan Rickman were rescuing the other Thermian aliens. He dies moments later while talking to Alan.

Monsters: Museum Hearts (1990) [Danny]: Heart torn out by the undead Pamela Dean Kelly, while Sarah Trigger and Louise Roberts look on. His mummified corpse is seen in a crate afterwards.
Oz: Legs (1999) [Robbie Gerth]: Dies from AIDS some time after talking to Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje in the prison infirmary.
CSI: Miami: No Good Deed (2012) [Henry Duncan]: Sliced up/run over with a motorboat by Joel Murray in a fit of rage.
Criminal Minds: The Gathering (2013) [Peter Harper]: Commits suicide by slitting his throat with a knife because of some words said from Matthew Gray Gubler (because Matthew's distress since the episode Zugzwang.)
A Series of Unfortunate Events: The Penultimate Peril: Part One (2019) [Larry-Your-Waiter]: Presumably dies after being drowned in chili by Neil Patrick Harris and Max Greenfield.
The Blacklist: Rakitin (No. 28) (2021) [Congressman Russell Friedenberg]: Poisoned with a lethal eye drop into his eye by Seth Numrich, so he can make it look like a heart attack.
Elsbeth: Diamonds Are for Elsbeth (2024) [Claude Tobia]: Poisoned by Vanessa L. Williams after she tries and fails to recruit him for her jewelry store robbery. She slips silver polish containing cyanide into his tea while he calls Katie Lee Hill to try and tell her about it.
