- The Windmill (The Windmill Massacre) (2016) [Douglas West]: Decapitated when Kenan Raven wraps a rope around his neck attached to the windmill's mechanism, as Charlotte Beaumont and his son (Adam Thomas Wright) watch helplessly on Adam's phone.
