TV Deaths[]
- One Step Beyond: Doomsday (1959) [Catherine]: Executed by being burned at the stake (off-screen), after (either justly or wrongly) she is accused of being a witch. The scene ends as she is dragged away, cursing Torin Thatcher and his descendants.
- Bonanza: The Fear Merchants (1960) [Sally Ridley]: Accidentally shot by her father (Frank Ferguson) while struggling with him while he's trying to shoot Guy Lee.
- Thriller: The Prisoner in the Mirror (1961) [Yvette Dulaine]: Her body dies (off-screen), centuries before the story begins, when Henry Daniell traps her spirit in the world behind the mirror; her perfectly-preserved body is shown when Peter Brocco shows it to Lloyd Bochner, and her spirit appears after Lloyd is trapped in the mirror-world with her. (It's ambiguous what happens to her after the mirror is finally broken; it's left unclear whether her spirit is permanently trapped in the mirror-world or whether she finally moves on.)
