Cat's Eye (1985) [Marcia]: Decapitated (off-screen) by either Kenneth McMillan, Mike Starr, or Jesse Doran. The severed head is given to Robert Hays in a shopping bag by McMillan.
Fletch Lives (1989) [Amanda Ray Ross]: Injected in the arm with poison by Hal Holbrook while she's asleep in bed with Chevy Chase; her body is shown again the next morning when Chevy discovers that she's dead. (Thanks to Johan and Brian)
A Far Off Place (1993) [Elizabeth Parker]: Murdered by Jack Thompson.
Signs (2002) [Colleen Hess]: Hit by a car and pinned against a tree; she dies shortly afterwards while talking to her husband (Mel Gibson) after Mel arrives at the scene of the accident. (This is shown in a flashback sequence towards the end of the movie.)
