When Time Ran Out... (1980) [Sam]: Falls into a river of lava after an explosion hits the bridge he is crossing; we only see Pat in an overhead view of the lava as he does a backflip in slow-motion and is obviously incinerated moments later.
Auntie Lee's Meat Pies (1993) [Chief Koal]: Shot in the head by Karen Black, after Kristine Rose turns on the garbage disposal while Pat is reaching into the drain.
TV Deaths
The Outer Limits: In the Zone (1998) [Michael Chen]: Phases out of existence when he uses the last of his enegy to bring Adrian Pasdar and Claudette Mink back from being trapped in a state of quantum flux by the quantum shifting device he had created.
