- When Time Ran Out... (1980) [Sam]: Falls into a river of lava after an explosion hits the bridge he is crossing; we only see Pat in an overhead view of the lava as he does a backflip in slow-motion and is obviously incinerated (off-camera).
- Auntie Lee's Meat Pies (1993) [Chief Koal]: Shot in the head by Karen Black, after Kristine Rose turns on the garbage disposal while Pat is reaching into the drain.
- King Cobra (1999) [Nick Hashimoto]: Bitten repeatedly in the neck by the king cobra/rattlesnake hybrid Seth during a struggle.
TV Deaths
- The Outer Limits: In the Zone (1998) [Michael Chen]: Phases out of existence when he uses the last of his energy to bring Adrian Pasdar and Claudette Mink back from being trapped in a state of quantum flux by the quantum shifting device he had created.
- Cobra Kai: Counterbalance (2018) [Mr. Miyagi]: Dies (off-screen) of old age/natural causes in 2011; we learn of his death when Ralph Macchio visits his grave. Pat doesn't actually appear in this episode (except in archive footage from The Karate Kid films) as it was filmed several years after his real-life death; this episode establishes the character's death.
