- Zontar: The Thing from Venus (Zontar: Invader from Venus) (1967; TV movie) [Martha Ritchie]: Shot to death by John Agar as she embraces him, after she falls under the alien’s mind-control. (see also Sally Fraser in It Conquered the World).
- The Rockford Files: Sleight of Hand (1975) [Karen Mills]: Dies (off-screen) of undisclosed causes, most likely killed on orders from Howard Curtis; her death is revealed when Noah Beery Jr. mentions it to James Garner.
- Days of Our Lives: Episode 7,783 (August 1996) [Rachel Blake]: Died after she pulled the trigger of John Black's (Drake Hogestyn) gun and shot Stefano DiMera {Joseph Mascolo) in the stomach, causing the bullet to pry contact with the gas place in the tunnel, when the explosion missed Stefano and struck Rachel.
