- The Avengers: Mission To Montreal (1962) [Peggy]: Stabbed by mistake by Alan Curtis when she enters the dressing room of Patricia English and he grabs her but can't let her go after realising his mistake. (Thanks to Brian)
- Doctor Who: The Power of the Daleks (1966) [Janley]: "Exterminated" with an energy-beam by the Daleks in a corridor; her body is shown afterwards when Nicholas Hawtrey finds Richard Kane kneeling by her side. (The master tapes for this episode were lost during the BBC's periodic house-cleaning, but an illustrated "photo-novel" summary is available on the BBC website.)
