- Mork & Mindy: Mork in Wonderland Part 2 (1979) [Mindy McConnell/Mandy]: Pam Dawber plays a dual role as both her regular character "Mindy" and her counterpart on the planet Mirth, "Mandy." She was a freedom fighter who was fatally injured by an exploding shell during the uprising against the evil King Exidon (Exidor's counterpart). Mandy dies in Mork's arms, and Mork is devastated. Afterward, the cold medicine that Mindy had given him wears off, and he grows and returns to Earth. After Mork bursts through Mindy's tablecloth, Mindy cries happy tears and hugs him, and she tells him he was gone for 3 days.
- Shelley Duvall's Faerie Tale Theatre: The Little Mermaid (1987) [Pearl]: Dies and dissolves into sea foam when the prince doesn't fall in love and marry her as a consequence of drinking the sea witch's potion to turn her from a mermaid to a human. She then becomes a spirit.
