Film Deaths[]
- Final Destination 5 (2011) [Isaac Palmer]: Skull crushed when a Buddha statue falls from a collapsing shelf and lands on his head in a massage parlor. (Additionally, in Nicholas D'Agosto's premonition of the bridge collapse, P.J. falls to his death when the bus goes off the bridge while he's still inside.)
- Eloise (2017) [Scott Carter]: Killed when Robert Patrick performs a trans-orbital lobotomy on P.J., hammering a large needle into his eye, after he is sent back through time. His body is seen again when Chace Crawford and his sister (Eliza Dushku) discover it.
Music Video Deaths[]
- "New Romance" (2011) (Miles Fisher music video): Electrocuted when he stumbles back into a neon sign after being scalded with coffee. (Played for comic effect.)
