Anaconda (1997) [Gary Dixon]: Crushed and eaten by the giant anaconda (Voiced of Frank Welker); the impression of his face is gruesomely visible against the anaconda's skin as it swallows him.
Armageddon (1998) [Oscar Choice]: Killed when he struggles to get his helmet on as the X-71 shuttle Independence crashlands on the asteroid surface; his body is shown afterwards when Ben Affleck discovers him.
Rushmore (1998) [Edward Appabee]: Drowned (off screen) a year before the story begins; his death is mentioned when Olivia Williams tells Jason Schwartzman (Note: Wilson only appears in photographs in the background).
The Haunting (1999) [Luke Sanderson]: Decapitated by a stone lion head chimney flue in the fireplace.
The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou (2004) [Ned Pimpton]: Killed when his helicopter crashes into the ocean; he dies whilst talking to his father (Bill Murray). His body is then carried back onto the boat.
Night at the Museum: Secret of the Tomb (2014) [Jedediah]: Although he is displayed as a plastic figurine who came to life, he temporarily dies due to Rami Malek's magic tablet having received a curse while beside Steve Coogan. He is later brought back to life when Ben Stiller puts Rami's tablet in the moonlight, reviving the dead exhibits.

Drunk History: Detroit (2013) [John Harvey Kellogg]: Dies (off-screen) of pneumonia after writing a letter to his brother, Luke Wilson. The scene was narrated by an intoxicated Paget Brewster.
Loki: The Nexus Event (2021) [Mobius M. Mobius]: Presumed to have died after he is pruned by his fellow TVA agent in the order of Gugu Mbatha-Raw. However, he survives and is sent to a void after his apparent death.
Loki: Heart of the TVA (2023) [Mobius M. Mobius]: Torn apart as the sacred timeline destroys the room at Owen is standing in. However, Tom Hiddleston is teleported through time and finds an alternative variant of Owen in the following episode.
Loki: Science/Fiction (2023) [Mobius M. Mobius/Don]: Disintergrates when the timeline they are in becomes destroyed. However, due to Tom Hiddleston time slipping, Tom is able to go back to the moment that the sacred timeline destroyed them originally, in order to save everyone.
Loki: Glorious Purpose (2023) [Mobius M. Mobius]: In one timeline, Owen is disintergrated as Tom Hiddleston allows the timeline to be erased. Owen dies just as he is shaking hands with Tom. Owen's death from Science/Fiction is also replaced during the episode.
