The Foreigner (2017) [Mary Hennessy]: Shot in the head by Rory Fleck Byrne on Pierce Brosnan's orders.

Wallander: Firewall (2008) [Ella Lindfeldt]: Stabbed multiple times (off-screen) by Michael Muller. Kenneth Branagh finds her mortally wounded, and he holds her hand until she dies.
Into The Badlands: Chamber of the Scorpion (2019) [Lydia]: Mortally wounded by Eleanor Matsuura’s army by crossbow bolt to the stomach in the episode Leopard Catches Cloud. Orla has lost consciouness by this episode, and it could be argued that she was briefly clinically dead when Sherman Augustus rushes her to base for medical attention before being successfully revived.
Into The Badlands: Curse of the Red Rain (2019) [Lydia]: Mortally wounded from being stabbed in the stomach while in a knife-fight with Lorraine Toussaint. She dies in Sherman Augustus’s arms during her last moments.
American Horror Story: 1984: Mr. Jingles (2019) [Karen Hopple]: Stabbed in the neck by John Carroll Lynch after he causes her to have a flat tire.
Star Trek: Picard: Farewell (2022) [Laris/Tallinn]: Plays a dual-role. Tallin is fatally poisoned with a neurotoxin by Brent Spiner and dies in Patrick Stewart's arms after she sheds her disguise (Penelope Mitchell). Laris survives.
