The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2 (2015) [Homes]: Mauled to death by reptillian/alien mutts in the sewers.
Justice Society: World War II (2021; animated) [Carter Hall aka Hakwman]: Killed by a Trench Monster after saving Black Canary (Elyisa Rotaru). However, he is later reincarnated!

NCIS: Truth or Consequences (2009) [Saleem Ulman]: Shot in the head by Mark Harmon.
Homeland: The Good Soldier (2011) [Raqim]: Murdered by unknown assailants.
The Blacklist: Luther Braxton (No. 21) (2015) [Khan]: Dies (off-screen) when an airstrike missile is fired in the Prison Island where he is held.
Fear the Walking Dead: Sonny Boy (2022) [Howard]: Thrown off the roof of a building by Keith Carradine. He later appears as a zombie
Fear the Walking Dead : Divine Providence (2022) [Howard]: Shot by a member of morgan's party when they arrive at the tower. (Zombified off screen)

Spec Ops: The Line (2012) [Staff Sergeant John Lugo]: Executed by hanging by a lynch mob of angry survivors.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 (2012) [Farid/Mujahadeen soldier]: No matter what choice the player made, Farid is pre-determined to die in four methods. One fate occurs in the mission "Achille's Veil," where the player must choose to kill or spare Michael Rooker in order to maintain Omid's cover, in which Omid's refusal will result in Kamar de Los Reyes shooting Omid in the head for his betrayal. If Omid has killed Michael, he dies in the next mission "Odysseus" in one of three different scenarios. If Erin Cahill was saved from enemy captivity, but Julian Sands was not killed in the mission "Karma," Omid will successfully kill Julian, but get shot in the head at close range by Celestino Cornielle. If Erin was saved from Julian by killing the latter in "Karma," Omid will die from a fatal shot to the shoulder while using his body as a human shield to protect Erin from Celestino's bullet. If Erin was not saved in "Karma," but Julian is left alive, both Omid and Julian fatally shoot each other at the same time in the head. Omid also voices a Mujahideen soldier in the Afghanistan-based missions, where he may die during the course of gameplay.
Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare (2016) [Victor 'Gator' Diallo]: Killed by enemy gunfire after throwing Brian Bloom to safety.
