- The Ipcress File (1965) [Housemartin]: Murdered off-screen in a police station. His body is later shown.
- No. 1 of the Secret Service (1977) [Simms]: Shot in the head by Nicky Henson just as Oliver shoots at Nicky with a sniper rifle; Nicky fires two guns simultaneously, with one shot hitting Oliver and the other shot hitting Oliver's bullet in mid-air, causing it to miss Nicky.
- Flash Gordon (1980) [Klytus Observer No. 1]: Deactivated after having his eye set removed from his head by Timothy Dalton causing him to malfunction.
