Film Deaths:
- Cloverfield (2008) [Beth McIntyre]: Killed, along with Michael Stahl-David, by falling rubble when the bridge they're hiding under is destroyed during military battle with the monster; the scene end's after Odette, Michael, and the camera are buried under the rubble.
- And Soon the Darkness (2010) [Ellie]: Head accidentally bashed against a rock by Michel Noher. (See also Michele Dotrice in the 1970 version.)
- Operation: Endgame (2010) [Temperance]: Hit on the head (off-screen) with the blade of a paper-cutter by Joe Anderson in the elevator; her body is shown afterwards when Joe leaves the elevator.
Television Deaths:
- Banshee: A Fixer of Sorts (2015) [Nola Longshadow]: Throat first sliced open with a car hood ornament and then ripped out by Matthew Rauch.
- Supergirl: Battles Lost and Won (2018) [Samantha Arias / Reign]: The character Reign is burned away into nothingness when Carl Lumbly sacrifices himself to seal her into the magma beneath the Earth's surface as she was attempting to destroy the planet. The character Samantha Arias survives the episode. (Note: Villains of this type of story have a tendency to resurface after apparent deaths. If that occurs with the character Reign, I shall remove this entry.)
Video Game Death:
- Fallout 3 (2008) [Amata]: Can be shot to death by soldiers if the player character destroyed the reactor of the vault Odette and the player character reside in, or can be killed by the player character; her fate is dependent on the player's actions. (Odette survives the game if the player character does not destroy the reactor and/or kill her.)
