The Mummy (1999) [Ardeth Bey]: Suicidally charges into an army of mummies in the original ending.
Texas Rangers (2001) [Anton Marsale]: Hanged to death on a tree alongside Brian Martell, by order of Dylan McDermott in front of the other Texas Rangers.
Resident Evil: Extinction (2007) [Carlos Olivera]: Killed in an explosion when he sacrifices himself (after being bitten by zombie LJ) by detonating some bombs/igniting the spilled fuel in order to kill a group of zombies (after running several over) swarming his crashed vehicle.
The Betrayed (2008) [Alek]: Shot to death by Christian Campbell, he dies while talking to Melissa George.

Resident Evil: Retribution (2012) [Todd/Carlos]: Playing a dual role; Todd dies after being bitten by zombies during a struggle when they break into his home, he then later returns as a mutant zombie to kill the clone of Milla Jovovich. The clone of Carlos drowns along with several other clones when the chamber their in is flooded from an explosion caused by Boris Kodjoe.

Charmed: Something Wicca This Way Goes...? (2005) [Zankou]: Destroyed when the charmed ones destroy the nexus that Oded has absorbed into himself.
Burn Notice: Scatter Point (2008) [Timo]: Shot in the head (off screen) by Robin Givens, the scene changes before she fires and his body is never seen.
V: Siege (2011) [Eli Cohn]: Killed in a explosion caused by Charles Mesure.
Young Justice: Summit (2013; animated) [Ra's al Ghul]: Stabbed in the back by Black Beetle (Kevin Grevioux); his body is then taken away from the battle by Ubu (Fred Tatasciore). He is later revealed to have been brought back to life with the Lazarus Pit in the episode Rescue Op.
NCIS: Revenge (2013) [Ilan Bodnar] Falls to his death after a fight with Cote de Pablo.
24: Legacy 11:00 p.m.-12:00 p.m. (2017) [Asim Naseri]: Shot in the back by Eli Danker when Eli shoots at Miranda Otto and Corey Hawkins with an automatic pistol.
The Blacklist: The Osterman Umbrella Company (No. 6) (2019) [Mossad Station Chief Levi Shur]: Suffocated with a Plastic Bag by James Spader as a Punishment for Betraying Mozhan Marnò at the behest of the Mossad due to her Aphasia.
