- Rizal sa Dapitan (1997) [Pio Valenzuela]: Dies (off-screen) of natural causes. The film is based on the real life who died on April 6, 1956 at the post-credits of the film.
- Good Midnight (1998) [Killer/Master Aswang/Fatman]: As played a various roles are three death scenes in the film:
- As Killer, along with Lorena Garcia, dies of falling into a cliff when he drives a van across a river as Angelica Panganiban discovered them in the flashback scenario. As a ghost, the film appears. Later, when Allan Paule knocks him down with a van to save Angelica's life at the end of the struggle, he dies again at the first episode of "Killer Van"
- As Master Aswang, Impaled in the chest to his death by Jericho Rosales with a torch of fire at the end of fight with Angelika Dela Cruz in second episode "Kuba"
- As Fatman, transformed into a monstrous skinless, vanished to death by into a flame when Diether Ocampo shoots the tick-tock at the time with an bullseye arrow to stop a remaining hour at 12AM at the end of struggle. Later, he was resurrected in the end of the third episode "Fatman".
- Feng Shui (2004) [Louie]: Commits suicide by shooting himself with a shotgun as Kris Aquino looks in horror after refuses Kris for tries to help him at the end of struggle. He dies since he was born in the Year of the Dog.

- Mysterious Destiny: Episode 158 (2021) [Mayor Simon Advincula]: Shot in the chest when Eula Valdez grabs off with the gun at the end of struggle. His body is shown at the morgue when RK Bagatsing and Kyle Echarri breaks in tears upon seeing him.
- Tadhana: Online Sabong (2021) [Felipe]: Dies of cancer when he was last words to Rodjun Cruz and bids farewell to him. He dies in Rodjun Cruz's arms at the hospital.
- Quiapo Kid (2024): Facundo [Marcelo Macaraig]: Shot multiple times by Kim Domingo and Jaime Fabregas after shooting Lao Rodriguez and John Rendez after a misunderstanding and confrontation between him and Jaime Fabregas about the death of his daughter (Ivana Alawi). He was later revived after escaping when Kim Domingo saves then lets Coco Martin and his group escape.
- Quiapo Kid (2024): Episode 428 [Marcelo Macaraig] Shot twice then slit at his throat by Christopher De Leon after Nonie was trying to shoot Christopher - before Christopher enters in his vehicle - but was saved by McCoy De Leon as McCoy was shot and injured at his right shoulder by Nonie.
