- The Edgar Wallace Mystery Theatre: The Partner (1963) [Charles Briers]: Drowned offscreen in Yoko Tani's bath by Mark Eden after being rendered unconscious with an electric shock when he attempts to reset the 'faulty' light fuse in her flat. (Thanks to Brian)

- Doctor Who: Invasion of the Dinosaurs (1974) [Charles Grover M.P.]: Activates the (reprogrammed) Timescoop, sending himself and Peter Miles back to an unknown point in the past. (Although technically not a death, we can assume they were transported to a point in prehistory where they may have been killed by a dinosaur or something.)
