- Revenge (Episode 12) (2023) [Leo Guerrero]: Head bashed when Hailey Mendes accidentally pushes him; falling and landed by hitting in the head by a rock bottom at the river park after being confronted by Lexi Gonzales and Hailey Mendes against him for raping Elijah Alejo. In the episode 13, he was awake and escaped (off-screen).
- Guilty Conscience (Episode 14) (2023) [Leo Guerrero]: Killed (off-screen) by the unknown murder after he was escape from his crimes before he gets disappearance. His body is found dead at the crime scene investigation, while Lexi Gonzales, Hailey Mendes and Elijah Alejo watches him in the livestream after Lexi's nightmare with the spirit of ghost, Leo who attempts to kill them. In the episode 15 "Murder", he dies in the coffin when Snooky Serna, Christian Vasquez and Gil Cuerva visits at the wake and mourning him.
- Sino Ang May Sala? (Episode 27) (2023) [Leo Guerrero]: In the interrogation room, his body is appeared in the evidence since he was bludgeoned to death, while Chrome Cosio questions Lexi Gonzales shows him.
