- Dead Space: Downfall (2008; animated) [Alissa Vincent]: Ejected out into space along with the Necromorphs. She is last seen floating away before the film ends.
Television Deaths[]
- Star Wars: The Clone Wars: Revenge (2012; animated) [Asajj Ventress/Raydonian Mother]: "Raydonian Mother" is murder (off-screen) by Darth Maul (Sam Witwer) and Savage Opress (Clancy Brown), her body is discovered by Obi-wan Kenobi (James Arnold Taylor). ("Asajj Ventress" survives the episode.)
- Star Wars: The Clone Wars: The Soft War (2012; animated) [Dono]: Shot by a Super Battle Droid (Matthew Wood).
- The Lion Guard: Return to Pride Lands (2019; animated) [Zira]: Providing the voice of a lioness, she drowns after falling off of a cliff into the river a few days before the Lion Guard returned to the Pride Lands. Her death was off-screen, but it was mentioned through cave paintings. Although she doesn't appear in this episode, her appearance in Lions of the Outlands makes it count.
Video Games Deaths[]
- Crimson Skies: High Road to Revenge (2003) [Maria Sanchez]: Shot by Charles Dennis. She bleeds to death while talking to Timothy Omundson and apologizing for her betrayal.
- Destroy All Humans (2005) [Silhouette]: Fatally injured during a battle with the Furon alien known as Crypto (J. Grant Albrecht). She swears that humanity will take revenge on the Furon race before dying. Crypto then boastfully stomps on her head.
- Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots (2008) [Raging Raven]: Can be killed by David Hayter if the player chooses the lethal option.
- Infamous 2 (2011) [Nix]: In the “Good Karma” ending she sacrifices herself by combining her powers to attack Phil LaMarr in his “Beast” form and vaporizes from the resulting explosion in the process. In the “Bad Karma” ending she is held down by Eric Ladin and electrocuted to death.
- Jurassic Park: The Game (2011) [Nima Cruz]: Can possibly by eaten by a Tyrannosaurus Rex, like Jason Marsden. She can also survive depending on the actions of the player.
- Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City (2012) [Lupo]: Killed by the player character if she opposes the player during the final mission of the game. She survives the game if she is the character controlled by the player or takes the player's side. (In multiplayer, she is killed if her player is defeated in the final mission and survives if her player succeeds.)
- God of War: Ascension (2013) [Megaera]: Stabbed in the chest by Terrence 'T.C.' Carson after a battle. (Mythologically inaccurate; Megaera was immortal and, therfore, couldn't die.)
