Dead Birds (2004) [Annabelle]: Inadvertently shot in the head by Henry Thomas as she's running through the cornfield. We only see him firing in panic at a shadowy figure; her body is shown lying on the ground the next morning as Henry kneels beside her. (Thanks to Gary)
Perfect Stranger (2007) [Grace]: Poisoned when Halle Berry puts belladonna in Nicki's eyes, in a set-up to frame Bruce Willis; Halle then dumps the body in the river. Her body is shown afterwards in the morgue, and the murder is shown in a flashback later on. (Thanks to ND, Jake and Eric)

L.A. Heat: Rage (1997) [Betty Jo Fable]: Murdered by Donald E. Lacy Jr..
The X-Files: Rush (1999) [Chastity Raines]: Kills herself after she takes a bullet.
Supernatural: Devil's Trap (2006) [Meg]: Dies after Jared Padalecki exorcises the demon possessing her, causing her to finally die of the injuries she sustained from being thrown from a window several episodes earlier (Shadow); her body had only been kept alive by the demon's powers.
