- Hatchet II (2010) [Peter]: Hacked in the nipple by Kane Hodder, after he tackles him to the ground. Shown in flashback as Tony Todd explains the legend of Hodder to Danielle Harris.
- Laid to Rest (2009) [Chromeskull]: Hit in the face with a baseball bat by Bobbi Sue Luther after inadvertently burning his face off with superglue that Sean Whalen tricks him into using. (The character would be revealed to have survived in the sequel Chromeskull: Laid to Rest 2, but this appears to have been intended as a genuine death scene.)
- All Superheroes Must Die (2011) [Sledgesaw]: Dies when Jason Trost hits him on the head with a baseball bat, breaking his skull.
- The Last Heist (2016) [Biggs]: Hit in the neck with an axe by Henry Rollins while kneeling over Cris D'Annunzio's body.
