- Wristcutters: A Love Story (2006) [Policeman]: Commits suicide by shooting himself in the mouth rather than be killed in combat, several years before the story begins; he appears as a spirit in the afterlife for suicides, working as a police officer, and his death is shown in a flashback.
- Casa De Mi Padre (2012) [Agent Parker]: Shot in the head by Jerry Collins as Nick is about to shoot Will Ferrell and Genesis Rodriguez. (Played for comedic effect.)
- The Kings Of Summer (2013) [Frank]: In a dream sequence, Nick falls to his death from a cliff face while trying to chase after Nick Robinson and Erin Moriarty; he survives the film in reality. (Played for comedic effect.)
- The Founder (2016) [Dick McDonald]: His death was not mentioned, but he died (off-screen) of old age.
- Bad Times at the El Royale (2018) [Felix O'Kelly]: Shot to death by an unknown assailant after he opens the door of his hotel room for him.
- Civil War (2024) [The President of the United States]: Shot in the chest by Jojo T. Gibbs after her squad storms the Oval Office.
Television Deaths[]
- Deadwood: Deep Water (2004) [Tom Mason]: Shot in a shoot out with Keith Carradine.
- Devs (2020) [Forest]: Two versions of his death are shown: 1) Shot in the head by Sonoya Mizuno in a simulation projection of the future shown to Mizuno and 2) Falls to his death along with Mizuno after Stephen McKinley Henderson causes the electromagnetic elevator Offerman and Mizuno are in to fall when she fails to follow the simulation. Offerman is then resurrected within the simulation.
- The Last of Us: Long, Long Time (2023) [Bill] Commits suicide by drinking a large amount of sleeping pills with his wine so he wouldn't have to live without Murray Bartlett. His body is not shown.
- The Umbrella Academy: Six Years, Five Months, and Two Days (2024) [Dr. Gene Thibodeau]: Impaled through the chest when David Cross (Liisa Repo-Martell in disguise) stabs him with a shard. His innards are then discarded, allowing Liisa to wear his skin as a disguise.
