Sausage Party (2016; animated) [Douche]: Killed in an explosion, along with Darren (voiced by Paul Rudd), after being propelled into the air on a cart full of propane tanks set off by food voiced by Edward Norton and David Krumholtz.

Childrens Hospital: No One Can Replace Her (2010) [Little Nicky]: Playing a child with an exaggerated version of progeria (rapid aging disease), he dies of old age after making love with Lake Bell. (Their child inherits Nick's condition and grows to adulthood in the womb, causing Lake to give birth to a fully-grown man, also played by Nick.) (Played for comic effect.)
Great Minds with Dan Harmon: Sigmund Freud (2016) [Sigmund Freud Clone]: Under goes total protoplasmic disconversion and turns to dust.
What We Do in the Shadows: The Return (2020) [Simon the Devious]: Drowns after his foot becomes stuck to a sewer grate, which then weighs him down into a pit of water. Although Nick calls out for help, his crew abandons him due to his rude comments about them earlier in the scene. Nick is revealed to have survived this incident when he returns in the episode Go Flip Yourself.
Our Flag Means Death: The Best Revenge Is Dressing Well (2022) [Gabriel]: Seemingly burns to death, when he and Kristen Schaal are left onboard their ship which has caught fire. Their deaths are unconfirmed, but it is unlikely that they escaped.
What We Do In The Shadows; Go Flip Yourself (2022) [Simon the Devious]: Explodes when he turns on the gas cooker at a newly rebuilt home, causing an explosion which destroys the entire house. Nick's role is being protrayed by Randy Sklar in this scene, but it is established that Nick is disguised as Randy.
