- Kill Crazy (1990) [Antonio]: Hanged by Bruce Glover's men in the woods; his body is shown afterwards when Steve DeVorkin and David Heavener discover him. (Note: In case the "bloodstain" in the accompanying picture causes any confusion as to his cause of death, that's actually from when Bruce earlier shot Nick with a paintball gun to assure him that nobody would really be harmed.)
