- Monster House (2006; animated) [Officer Lester]: Eaten (along with Kevin James) by the living Monster House (possessed by the spirit of Kathleen Turner); he is later brough ‘back to life’ when the house is destroyed. (It’s debatable whether this constitutes as a “death”, but I thought I’ll list it in case.)
- Weapons (2007) [Reggie]: Shot in the head from behind with a shotgun by Paul Dano while eating at a fast food restaraunt, causing half of his head to be blown off.
- Day of the Dead (2008) [Private Salazar]: Eaten by zombies. (There is also an alternate ending where he survives.) (See also Anthony Dileo Jr. in the 1985 version.)
