Land of the Dead (2005) [Arena Fight Zombie]: Appears as a zombie, having died some time before his first appearance.
16 Blocks (2006) [Russian]: Shot in the head by Bruce Willis just as Nick is attempting to shoot Mos Def in Willis' parked car.
Diary of the Dead (2007) [IV Zombie]: Dies of the zombie virus, shortly before his first appearance; he appears as a zombie and dies once again when Joe Dinocol stabs him in the head with an IV pole.
Traitor (2008) [Ship Crew Member]: Shot to death by the FBI S.W.A.T. team. (I need to rewatch this and reconfirm that.)
The Incredible Hulk (2008) [Tough Guy]: Grabbed by the Hulk (Edward Norton) and dragged into the darkness to be killed, as Nick and Julio Cesar Torres Dantas were attempting to run away, having witnessed Edward killing Pedro Salvín. Only Nick's shoe is left behind while Julio escapes.
