- Don't Answer the Phone! (1980) [Kirk Smith]: Shot repeatedly in the chest and back by James Westmoreland on top of earlier having been shot in the groin during a struggle; his body then falls into a swimming pool.
- City Heat (1984) [Troy Roker]: Killed in car explosion, after a briefcase with dynamite goes off.
- Action Jackson (1988) [Cartier]: Crushed against a wall with a car by Carl Weathers while Nicholas was shooting at Carl.
- Hell Comes to Frogtown (1988) [Bull]: Stabbed in the chest with a metal rod by Roddy Piper.
- The Naked Gun: From the Files of Police Squad! (1988) [Thug #1]: Drowns in a vat after falling into it during a fight with Leslie Nielsen. His finger (with signature ring) is later seen in a hot dog Ricardo Montalban is eating.
- Darkman (1990) [Pauly]: Thrown out of a window landing on a parked car by Larry Drake, after Liam Neeson makes it look like Nicholas stole money from Larry. In the original cut, the force of impact causes his eyes to detach and fall out.
- Blood and Concrete (1991) [H. Spuntz]: Shot to death and killed by Darren McGavin. He and James LeGros both fall in the swimming pool.

- Knight Rider: Knight of the Juggernaut Part 2 (1985) [Jim Hower]: Dies when his armored vehicle runs into a gasoline truck and explodes after it slides on a oil slick.
Video Game Deaths:[]
- Command & Conquer: Tiberian Sun Firestorm (2000) [Nod General Marzaq] Is shot fatally at point-blank range by a Nod cyborg commanded by Milton James.
- Command & Conquer: Red Alert 2 (2000) [Premier Aleksander Romanov]: In the game's Soviet campaign, Nicholas is given a debilitating brain-related illness by Udo Kier's psychic powers. Nicholas sends a video-recorded message to the player telling them that Udo is a traitor before passing away off-screen. Nicholas survives in the Allied Campaign.
