Xtro II: The Second Encounter (1991) [Baines]: Killed in an elevator crash, when he deliberately lets the elevator plummet in an attempt to destroy the alien.
Bad Company (1995) [Jake]: Killed by one of Frank Langella’s assassins (it's left unclear if he died at the end).
Vertical Limit (2000) [Tom McLaren]: Injected with an air bubble by Bill Paxton, as Robin Tunney looks on from the shadows. (Thanks to ND)
Ignition (2001) [Peter Scanlon]: Killed by one of Colm Feore’s military assassins (it's left unclear if he died at the end).
Chaos (2005) [Det. Vincent Durano]: Fatally injured in an explosion from a bomb set off by Jason Statham/Wesley Snipes (it's left unclear how bad his wounds were so I thought I'd list this just in case).
Vice (2008) [Jenkins]: Shot dead by Michael Madsen while taking a bubble bath at home.

Highlander: The Series: Money No Object (1996) [Cory Raines]: Shot to death by police several times during the 1920's flashbacks. As an Immortal, he comes back to life each time.
The X-Files: Existence (2001) [Alex Krycek]: Shot in the head by Mitch Pileggi when Nicholas orders Mitch to kill David Duchovny. (He returned as a ghost in the subsequent episode The Truth.) (Thanks to ND)
Deadly Isolation (2005) [Patrick Carlson/Jeff Watkins]: Killed by Sherilyn Fenn after being shot by Andreas Apergis.
Category 7: The End of the World (2005) [Monty]: Shot in the stomach in a struggle with Lindy Booth.
Campus Killer (2017) [Professor Drake]: Shot dead by Victoria Pratt as he attempts to shoot Victoria with his own gun.
