- Child's Play (1988) [Eddie Caputo]: Killed in an explosion after accidentally shooting near a gas stove that was turned on when Chucky (Brad Dourif) breaks into his home (after convincing Alex Vincent to take him to Neil's house).
- The Borrower (1991) [Skully]: Shot by Rae Dawn Chong as he attempts to stab her in her bed.
TV Deaths[]
- Baywatch: Shelter Me (1989) [Frank Sant]: Shot to death by Gregory Alan Williams during the lightning storm.
- The Revenge of Al Capone (1989 TV) [Dutch Schultz]: Shot repeatedly by a hitman at the police station. (Note: This bears no resemblance to the historical facts, as Dutch Schultz actually died of an infection after being shot by hitmen.)
- Tales from the Crypt: Showdown (1992) [Billy Quintaine]: Shot to death by marshals, his body is shown afterwards in a coffin when the marshals are posing for a photo with it and later he is shown as a ghost riding off with other ghost cowboys.
