Unthinkable (2010) [Jehan Younger]: Suddenly has her throat slit by Samuel L. Jackson in a torture chamber after her husband (Michael Sheen) refuses to give up the location of the bombs he's planted.

NCIS: Suspicion (2007) [Rihama Shaheen]: Shot to death off-screen by Mark Derwin. Her body is shown in the morgue.
The Unit: Johnny B. Good (2007) [Pari]: Injured in an explosion that causes debris to fall on her; slowly dies when she agrees to hold a bomb forcing her to martyrdom any incoming rebels that are about to open the door, resulting in an eventual explosion-caused death.
The Event: Face Off (2011) [Thomas] Killed in an explosion, along with Clifton Collins Jr. and several others, when an Air Force jet launches a missile at their bus. (Thanks to Brian)
