Film Deaths

• White Noise: The Light (2007) [Abe Dale]: Commits suicide by overdose; he is later brought back to life in the hospital and dies once again when he is shot to death (repeatedly in the stomach and chest) by the police as he's about to shoot Bruce Thomas

• Green Lantern: Emerald Knights (2011) [Hal Jordan / Green Lantern]: Shot and killed by Jason Isaacs in a dire prophecy told from Bruce Thomas; he survives the film in reality.

• Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox (2013) [Hal Jordan / Green Lantern]: Blows himself up in order to decimate Cary Elwes and his army. He is later revived when Justin Chambers restores the timelines.

• Guardians of the Galaxy (2014) [Monstrous Inmate]: Playing the voice of the inmate, Nathan dies (off-screen) after Lee Pace gives orders to kill everyone in the prison.

• Night Hunter (Nomis) (2018) [Quinn]: Killed in an explosion by a car bomb planted by Brendan Fletcher.

• Justice League Dark: Apokolips War (2020) [Hal Jordan/Green Lantern]: Torn apart by Tony Todd's soldiers.
• The Suicide Squad (2021) [T.D.K.]: Machine gunned numerous times by the military as he attacks them.

Television Deaths

• Firefly: War Stories (2002) [Malcolm Reynolds]: Briefly flatlines while being tortured by Michael Fairman; he is later revived by Michael (Fillion survives the rest of the episode).

• Buffy The Vampire Slayer: Chosen (2003) [Caleb]: Sliced in half vertically (from his groin to his head) with a scythe by Sarah Michelle Gellar (after being hit in the stomach with a battle axe).

• Dr. Horrible's Sing Along Blog (2008) [Captain Hammer]: Squashed to death by a giant Neil Patrick Harris in Neil's fantasy. (Nathan survives the film in reality.)

• Santa Clarita Diet: So Then a Bat or A Monkey? (2017) [Gary West]: Mauled to death by Drew Barrymore after attempting to force himself onto her. His chopped up body is seen at the opening of the next episode (We Can't Kill People!) as Barrymore and Timothy Olyphant try to bury it. Barrymore and Olyphant later dig up his remains and find that his head has returned to life. His head becomes a minor character for the rest of the series.

• Rick and Morty: The Rickshank Rickdemption (2017) [Cornvelious Daniel]: Trapped in Justin Roiland's mind. Later, the mind's body he's stuck in is shot and killed by another character played by Justin.

• A Series of Unfortunate Events; The Vile Village Part 1 (2018) [Jacques Snicket]: Beaten to death with a crowbar (off screen) by Neil Patrick Harris; we hear of his murder at the end of the episode and his body is seen being carried out in the following episode. 

Video Game Deaths

• Jade Empire (2005) [Gao The Lesser]: Killed in a hand-to-hand fight by the player.
