- Mulholland Drive (2001) [Betty Elms/Diane Selwyn]: Commits suicide by shooting herself in the mouth in her bedroom. (The movie's events are generally ambiguous and open to interpretation, but her suicide appears fairly clear.)
- Funny Games (2007) [Ann]: Drowned when Michael Pitt pushes her overboard from the boat while she's tied up; we only see her going over the edge. (See also Susanne Lothar in the 1997 version.
- Mother and Child (2009) [Elizabeth Joyce]: Dies in childbirth in the hospital.
- Diana Diana (2013) [Princess Diana]: Dies (off-screen) in a car crash, along with Cas Anvar, outrunning the paparazzi in Paris; we only see Naomi going into the lift at the hotel before cutting to Naveen Andrews waking up, having seemingly sensed her death.
- The Sea of Trees (2015) [Joan Brennan]: Killed in a vehicle accident when a food truck smashes into the ambulance that Naomi was in.
- Ophelia (2018) [Gertrude]: Commits suicide by poisoning herself.
- Boss Level (2021) [Jemma Wells]: Strangled by Will Sasso. Her death is revealed when Frank Grillo sees her corpse and a video of her murder. She is later revived when the time loop is reset.
- Goodnight Mommy (2022) [Mother]: Burns to death (off-screen) in a barn, after being pushed by her son (Cameron Crovetti), knocking her unconscious and breaking her lantern, which causes the fire. She appears soon after before Elias as a hallucination along with her other son (Nicholas Crovetti). (See also Susanne Wuest in the 2014 version).

- The Hunt for the Unicorn Killer (1999 TV) [Holly Maddux]: Beaten to death (presumably off-screen) by Kevin Anderson; her body is discovered in a trunk 18 months later.
