- Smile 2 (2024) [Skye Riley]: Playing a smiling and possessed version of herself, she rips her body which opens the entity's true form before it crawls inside the real Naomi. Then, the real and possessed Naomi stabs herself in the eye repeatedly with a microphone as her fans look on in horror. We only hear noises of Naomi stabbing herself before her body is shown before the film was about to end.
