- Assault on Precinct 13 (1976) [Julie]: Shot to death (off-screen) when the gang members open fire on the police station. Her body is shown lying on the floor after the shooting stops. (Thanks to Proinsias)
- Halloween (1978) [Annie Brackett]: Strangled and throat slit by Michael, who had been hiding in the back seat of her car. Her body is shown lying on a bed later on when Jamie Lee Curtis discovers it. (Her body is shown again in the sequel when her father (Charles Cyphers) arrives to discover the paramedics carrying her stretcher out of the house). (no need to count it since she's already dead at the start of the sequel).
- Halloween III: Season of the Witch (1982) [Linda Challis]: Head crushed (off-screen) while wearing by the mystically-powered mask (activated by the "Shamrock" signal on the television). (we don't see it happen, but it's strongly implied).
