Film Deaths:
- Forced Entry (The Last Entry; The Last Victim) (1975) [Hitchhiker]: Decapitated by Ron Max. (I haven't seen this movie myself.)
- Carrie (1976) [Chris Hargensen]: Killed in a car crash/explosion (along with John Travolta) when Sissy Spacek telekinetically sends their car out of control.
- Dressed to Kill (1980) [Liz Blake]: Throat slit with a razor by Michael Caine in her shower, but it turns out this was just part of a dream she was having (Nancy survives the film in reality).
- Blow Out (1981) [Sally]: Garroted by John Lithgow just before John Travolta stabs Lithgow to death.
- RoboCop 3 (1993) [Officer Anne Lewis]: Shot repeatedly in the chest by John Castle; she dies shortly afterwards while talking to Robert John Burke. It’s noted this "death" was requested by the actress herself and on the condition she would participate with the film.
Television Deaths:
- Acting on Impulse (1993; TV movie) [Cathy Thomas]: Shot in the stomach by C. Thomas Howell after Nancy tries to kill Linda Fiorentino. (Thanks to Dick Hertz)
