- Blast (2004) [Luna]: Crushed to death when Breckin Meyer releases a chain holding a metal board, causing it to fall on her in a fight.
- House of the Dead 2 (2005) [Private Maria Rodriguez]: Shot to death by Victoria Pratt (at Nadine's own request) after Nadine is bitten by a zombie. (Thanks to Domikate)
