Monolith (1993) [Katya]: Defenestrated by John Hurt's goons to make it look like suicide. She lands on the windshield of the police car that Bill Paxton & Lindsay Frost are in.
Mortal Kombat: Annihilation(1997) [Queen Sindel]: Some time before the start of the movie, it was revealed in the first film by Talisa Soto that Musetta committed suicide off-screen to resist captivity by Brian Thompson. Since Musetta appears in this film, it could be argued that she was brought back from the dead some time during the end of the first film.

Wild Wild West (1999) [Munitia]: Knocked off of Kenneth Branagh's giant mechanical spider when Will Smith and Kevin Kline crash their flying machine into it.

Mosquito Man (2005) [Dr. Jennifer Allen]: Electrocuted when she deliberately kicks a power cable against the steel structure that the mutated Austin Jordan is climbing while holding onto her, sacrificing herself to destroy the creature. (Thanks to Stephen)

Diagnosis: Murder: Murder by the Book (1996) [Carrie Snoake]: Suffocated to death with plastic wrap offscreen by Cyndi Pass. Her body is discovered in a hotel bathtub by Jeri Ryan.
Buffy the Vampire Slayer: Teacher's Pet(1997) [Natalie French/She-Mantis]: Hacked to death with a machete by Sarah Michelle Gellar while Musetta is in her giant mantis form; we only see the shadows on the wall.

Highlander: The Series: The Valkyrie (1997) [Ingrid Henning]: Decapitated with a sword by Adrian Paul, just as she is about to detonate a bomb. (She had also been shot twice earlier in the episode, but as an immortal, she survived those and could only be killed by decapitation.)

Xena, Warrior Princess: Amphipolis Under Siege (2000) [Ilainus of Mycenae]: Dies in Paris Jefferson's arms after being stabbed in the belly by Lucy Lawless during a battle.

Son of the Beach: Vampire: Hamm Stroker's Suck My Blood (2002) [Nutragena]: Arrowed in the heart by Roland Kickinger (Played for comic effect).
