The Vampire Diaries: Kill 'Em All (2016) [Alexandria St. John]: Presumably killed by the Armory's Monster, alongside her men, after being trapped in the Armory by Kat Graham; she is last seen banging on the door begging to be let out, and when the show cuts back to the building she isn't seen among the dead bodies. (Her fate would have been resolved in the episode Gods and Monsters, where it would have been revealed that she was brainwashed by the Monster, and was stabbed in the neck with a crossbow bolt by Ian Somerhalder, after trying to shoot Paul Wesley, but the scene was deleted from the final episode.)
