- The Witness for the Prosecution (2016; TV mini-series) [Janet McIntyre]: Executed by hanging after being found guilty of the murder of Kim Cattrall; her execution is crosscut with Toby Jones realizing the actual killer is Billy Howle.
- Black Mirror: Loch Henry (2023) [Janet McCardle]: Commits suicide by hanging herself in her bedroom, after realizing that Myha'la Herrold has uncovered her involvement with the murders of Scott Mooney and Beth Robb Adams.
- Sherwood: Episode 2.6 (2024) [Ann Branson]: Drowns in a lake when she charges towards Lorraine Ashbourne, who moves out of the way. Lorraine and Christine Bottomley see her fall in but do nothing to help her.
