- A Shot in the Dark (1964) [Simone]: Accidentally killed in an explosion (along with Martin Benson, Vanda Godsell, Maurice Kaufmann, Tracy Reed, and George Sanders) by a car bomb that Herbert Lom had intended to kill Peter Sellers. (Played for comic effect.)
