- Chaplin (1992) [Hetty Kelly/Oona O'Neill Chaplin]: Playing a dual role "Hetty" dies (off-screen) of influenza; Robert Downey Jr. learns of her death after the fact. Oona dies from cancer (off-screen) in 1991, her death is mentioned in the on-screen text at the end of the movie.
- Little Odessa (1994) [Alla Shustervich]: Shot in the chest by a hitman while she's hanging laundry outside. Her body is shown again afterwards when Edward Furlong discovers her. (Thanks to JBA)
