- Silk Stalkings: Jasmine (1993) [Sgt. Rita Lee Lance]: Appears as a corpse in a dream sequence when she sees herself lying in a coffin; she survives the episode (and the series) in reality. (I wasn't sure whether or not this "counts," but since it's been suggested...) (Thanks to V.)
