Heroes: Five Years Gone (2007) [Candice Willmer]: Although Missy does not actually appear in this episode (which takes place in an alternate future timeline), it's revealed that Zachary Quinto had sliced her head open with his telekinetic powers in order to steal her illusion powers, at some point between the "present" and the future timeline. This particular future is later prevented from coming about.
Heroes: Kindred (2007) [Candice Willmer]: Head sliced open (off-screen) by Zachary Quinto’s telekinetic powers; her body is shown afterwards lying face-down on the floor. (Because of the character's illusion powers, she is portrayed by Rachel Kimsey in her death scene; since Missy had played the character in all her previous appearances, this death is listed on both pages.)
Van Helsing: Birth Ritual (2018) [Scarlett Harker]: Stabs herself with a dagger being held by her sister (Kelly Overton) in an attempt to make Kelly more powerful. Her death is also depicted in the episode The Doorway.
