- Sabotage (2014) [Lizzy Murray]: Shot repeatedly in her chest by Arnold Schwarzenegger (as Olivia Williams looks on in shock) when Mireille reaches for her gun, after being heavily injured when Terrence Howard crashes his car (that Mireille was firing out of the trunk of).
- If I Stay (2014) [Kat Hall]: Killed in a car crash along with Joshua Leonard and Jakob Davies, when they skid into the oncoming path of a truck. Her body is later seen along with Leonard as Chloë Grace Moretz sees paramedics trying to save her whilst having an out of body experience.

- Face of Evil (1996; TV movie) [Brianne Dwyer]: Fatally strikes her head on a toilet while fighting off Tracey Gold, who was attempting to rob her.

- Big Love: Fight or Flight (2009) [Kathy Marquart]: Gets her braid caught in the door of her truck while she's fleeing from Harry Dean Stanton and then breaks her neck after he rear-ends her and she drives into a telephone pole.
- Good Omens: The Very Last Day Of The Rest Of Their Lives (2019) [War]: Incinerated into nothingness when Amma Ris turns Mireille's own flaming sword against her; however, Brian Cox reveals that she and the other Horsemen continue to exist in spirit and will eventually return one day.
