Film Deaths[]

The Pumpkin Karver (2006) [Tammy]: Stabbed in the chest with a pumpkin-carving tool by Terrence Evans, who then cuts off part of her face. Her body is shown afterwards sitting in Terrence's truck (with a candle stuck in her mouth) when Amy Weber and Michael Zara see her. (The US DVD includes an "Easter Egg" alternate scene in which her body is found in the trunk instead, with a slightly different make-up job and no candle.)
Lee Daniels' The Butler (2013) [Jacqueline Kennedy]: Dies (off-screen) of cancer, during the passage of time between her last scene and the later portion of the story. (Her death is not mentioned in the dialogue, but the real Jacqueline Kennedy died in 1994 and the film covers the years until 2009.)

Titans: Trigon (2019) [Dawn Granger / Dove]: Overdoses on heroin in a fantasy created by Seamus Dever; she survives the episode in reality.

Detroit: Become Human (2018) [North]: Can die in the following ways, depending on the player's actions: (1) Killed by machine gunfire alongside Jesse Williams. (2) Shot to the head by Bryan Dechart. She survives the game if these scenarios do not occur.
