- Angry Nintendo Nerd: Friday the 13th (2006) [Jason Voorhees]: Head shot off by James Rolfe after being hit in the head with the video game controller. (Played for comic effect.)
- Angry Video Game Nerd: Star Trek (2009) [Klingon/ Metron]: Klingon is shot and evaporated by James Rolfe when he shoots him with his laser gun. Metron is also shot and evaporated by James Rolfe. (Played for comic effect.)
- Angry Video Game Nerd: Frankenstein (2009) [Frankenstein]: Blown up along with James Rolfe after choking James Rolfe and James ends up destroying the Frankenstein monster in the video game. (Played for comic effect.)
- Angry Video Game Nerd: Bugs Bunny`s Crazy Castle (2009) [Bugs Bunny/ Woody Woodpecker]: Bugs Bunny gets his head ripped off by James Rolfe only to show that he has the head of Woody Woodpecker. Then afterwards he is blown up along with James when Mike pulls out a bomb. They are later seen in Hell with Satan. (Played for comic effect.)
- Board James: Crossfire (2009) [M*********** Mike]: Explodes after being defeated by James Rolfe in a game of Crossfire. (Played for comic effect.)
- Board James: Dream Phone (2013) [M*********** Mike]: Stabbed in the chest by James Rolfe (who imagines it as the Dream Phone in his delusional mind). In the episode "Ouija/Domino Rally", Matei and Brendan Castner are both resurrected. However, the episode Urkel Games establishes that Mike and Brendan were just figments of James' imagination.
- Board James: 13 Dead End Drive (2015) [M*********** Mike]: Hanged by Brendan Castner with a rope in self-defense.
- Board James: Nightmare (2015) [M*********** Mike]: Mike dies several times in the episode: Mike dies after falling down a staircase while fleeing from James Rolfe in the 13 Dead End Drive universe; he dies after having "Operation-style" pieces brutally extracted from his body by James after kicking him into a black hole in the Nightmare universe; He drowns after becoming stuck in the molasses swamp in the Candyland universe and finally dies after falling from a bridge and hitting his head on a rock in the Forbidden Bridge universe. (It is revealed that the Board James universe is an Inception-style world where the characters enter into a new board game each time they die in a previous one, and whoever dies first is in control of the next game and the universe.)
- Angry Video Game Nerd: Star Wars: Masters of Teras Kasi (2017) [Darth Vader]: In a cutaway gag, Mike has his head ripped off by Akinola Verissimo when his lightsaber proves useless in combat. (Played for comic effect.)
