Spartacus: Mark of the Brotherhood (2010) [Segovax]: Executed after being hung up on a wall and having his penis cut off.
Ash vs Evil Dead: El Jefe (2015) [Carson]: Impaled by a pair of mounted antlers when the possessed Marissa Stott throws him into them, while Jill Marie Jones looks on in horror. His body then becomes possessed, and he is finally killed when Jill shoots him in the head, making it explode. His death is shown again in the episode Ashes to Ashes in a flashback Jill is having.
The Brokenwood Mysteries: The Scarecrow (2017) [Phillip Henderson/Thomas Henderson]: Playing a dual role as twin brothers, "Phillip" is poisoned after he eats tainted honey that Tracy Lee Gray had placed in his pantry, intending only to make him sick. Tracy then ties his body to a scarecrow post in an attempt to frame Mark Ruka. His body is shown afterwards tied to the post when Atticus Iti and Brooklyn Nathan discover him, then again as Neill Rea, Fern Sutherland, and Cristina Serban Ionda investigate the scene, and again later on in the morgue when Cristina reports her findings. His death is shown in a flashback later on. ("Thomas" survives the episode.)
