- A Shock to the System (1990) [Beggar #1]: Pushed by Michael Caine causing him to fall onto a subway line and run over by the oncoming subway train. (Note: there is a plot hole error that the subway line has an electrical third rail and Mike did not appear to get electrocuted at all).
